Open a cheminfo tool, set up what you want to show, click its Share button and copy the link.

In PowerPoint, choose Insert → Add-ins → My Add-ins and pick Live Chemistry Tools for Slides.

Paste the link and click Put on slide. The tool covers the slide; resize it as you like.
